1. First and most important thing is to carefully remove any tie material from stem such as rubber band, bundle or any thing from inside of plastic pot.

2. During transfer trim the damage stems and leaves.

3. Deeply plunge the base of stem as possible in to the substrate with fingers and tweezers.

4. Keep in mind each stem plant at least 1-2 inches apart so that they can develop roots.

Safe the plant stems with the ring of rocks or wood or any decoration, to save them from the fish, which are like to dig in substrate. This plant also prow as floating plant and rises to the surfaces of tank.
